Modern Lakeside Home Addition

Our Lakeside Modern Home was a project where we changed a small A-frame home on Lake Sara from a secondary weekend home to a primary home. We gutted the existing structure, added on a brand new primary suite (complete with a primary bathroom, closet and bedroom), and added on an attached 3 car garage with bonus room, mud room, laundry room and 4th bathroom. In addition to the home, we also completely remodeled their boat dock for the perfect entertainment and family space.

These clients took advantage of EYD's  "Interior Design Consultant" services for an a-la-carte experience. They primarily needed help to avoid feeling overwhelmed by the vast options of materials available, and to actually be able to have fun with their project. We assisted these clients by helping with selection of their exterior and interior materials (color combinations, siding, brick, flooring, tile, counter tops, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, etc).  EYD also designed their cabinetry, designed their closets, designed their tile layouts, designed their fireplace, and more.
